Thank you for shopping with Tilley Soaps. Please review the following payment terms and conditions that apply to all retail purchases made through our website.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods for online purchases:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay, Google Pay
  • Afterpay (Buy Now, Pay Later – Australia only)

All payments are securely processed through our payment gateway providers. We do not store your credit card details.


2. Afterpay Purchases

If you choose Afterpay at checkout:

  • You agree to Afterpay’s terms and conditions, which can be found at afterpay.com.
  • Payments will be split into four equal instalments, paid fortnightly.
  • Late fees may apply if instalments are not paid on time.
  • Available only for Australian customers on orders over $50.

3. Pricing and Currency

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and Services Tax), where applicable.

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price at the time of checkout.


4. Order Confirmation

Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email for your order. If you haven't received it within 30 minutes, please check your spam or junk folder, as it may have been filtered there. If it's not there, feel free to contact our customer service team for assistance.


5. Failed Transactions

If a transaction is declined:

  • Please verify your payment details.
  • Try an alternative payment method.
  • Contact your bank or payment provider for assistance.

If issues persist, feel free to reach out to our support team.


6. Fraud Prevention

Tilley Soaps reserves the right to cancel or hold any orders that appear to be fraudulent or suspicious. Additional verification may be requested to protect both you and our business.
